But let me ask you something.

How many online courses have you purchased and never fully completed? How many PDFs are sitting unopened on your laptop right now? How many templates have you downloaded, felt briefly excited about, and completely forgotten?

Exactly. The problem is rarely access to information. Now more than ever with AI.

The problem is implementation.

And Business By Design already contains more information than most people will ever fully implement for some time!

So ask yourself honestly - does adding more information actually help you? Or do you need something else entirely?

These help bridge the real gap - the one between knowing what to do and then actually doing it. This is where bonuses start to become genuinely valuable, because knowing and doing are two completely different things.

And here is something people underestimate: the value of being able to talk through an idea before you act on it.

If you can run something past someone who knows BBD before you spend three weeks going down the wrong path, that conversation could save you months.

When you are implementing, your time and energy are your most precious resources. A bonus that gives you real-time thinking partnership - not just a recording to watch later - means that when you do take action, you are making the most of every hour you invest.

🎁 Type 3 - Transformation Bonuses

These are the rarest - and in my experience, the most valuable.

These bonuses help you keep moving forward long after the initial excitement has worn off. Long after the BBD live calls have ended. Long after you are deep in implementation wondering if you are doing it right.

BBD is really comprehensive - but two things consistently come up as the gaps for members

Facebook Ads - BBD focuses on the launch systems. Powerful and essential - but if paid traffic is part of your plan, you will need specific support for this that is not inside BBD. Even if this is just to get you going on your first basic Facebook ds without months of learning.

Tech implementation - BBD shows you exactly what to build. It does not sit alongside you while you build it. Many members lose days - sometimes weeks - in tech rabbit holes that could be solved in an afternoon with the right support.

& Ongoing support after the call end. 

A strong bonus package addresses these specific gaps rather than adding more of what BBD already covers beautifully.

1. Watch out for bonuses that duplicate BBD content

If a bonus is teaching you something James already covers inside the programme - launch strategy, money mindset, offer creation, messaging frameworks etc. it is not really an essential bonus. It is a distraction from doing the actual work. And a repeat of what BBD already has waiting for you inside.

2. Watch out for volume without substance

A bonus package of twenty items sounds impressive. But twenty PDFs you will never open is worth considerably less than one ongoing support call with someone who genuinely knows what they are talking about. So make sure any ‘non human’ elements are more valuable than something you could ask the AI to do inside on BBD

3. Look for a real human being - not just a folder of downloads

Not an AI-generated template. Not a resource with your name mail-merged at the top. A real person who will show up consistently, over time, and help you keep moving forward when it feels hard.

Because it will feel hard sometimes. That is not a flaw in you. That is just what building something real looks like. 💜

📋 Your Free BBD Bonus Comparison Cheatsheet

Use this cheatsheet to help you decide 👇🏻

Think of it as your CEO decision tool. Use it to walk yourself through the comparison in a grounded, methodical way - filling in the columns for any bonus packages you are considering.

Step 1 - Things already covered inside BBD

On the cheatsheet you will see all the things that are already included in BBD. Those are covered and ticked already - you do not need them repeated in a bonus package. In fact, if a bonus stack is heavy on these, that is a signal to look more carefully at what you are actually getting that isn’t already covered in BBD.

Step 2 - Identify what is genuinely missing from BBD

Ask yourself: what is actually not covered inside BBD that I genuinely need? The most common gaps are paid traffic strategy, hands-on tech implementation, and ongoing accountability. If a bonus fills one of these real gaps, it earns a tick. I’ve added the bonuses from me already in the table.

And remember to stay in the operating field of what you need - not what seems shiny. Being a CEO means making decisions that create progress, not ones that send you down a rabbit hole of more content you will never get to. The glossiest stack is not automatically the most useful one.

Step 3 - Compare what remains

Next, add any other things you feel you would need to the table in the space provided. Fill in the ‘Other Bonus Package’ columns with whatever packages you are evaluating. Then let the grid do the work as you consider whether those bonuses are already included in BBD or are things you need.  Your answer should be right in front of you once you’ve completed it.

Before you decide whose link to join through, use this checklist. Be honest with yourself about what you actually need.

If most of your ticks are in the top section - my package was designed for you.
