A Quick Note About Me
I’m Dr Tracy Thorns, a Clinical Psychologist with over 25 years of experience supporting people in their mental health and recovery. Alongside my clinical work, I’ve built a digital arm to my practice—including my own programme supporting people worldwide—which has allowed me to move beyond full-time 1:1 work, build a six-figure business, and now work just one day per week clinically.
I now also support psychologists, therapists, coaches and other helping professionals who want to explore a different way of working—one that creates more freedom, income and impact without sacrificing their wellbeing. From time to time, I share resources, trainings and programmes that I genuinely believe can support you on this path. Some of these may include opportunities to learn from other trusted mentors in the online space. If you choose to access certain programmes through links I share, I may receive a commission or referral payment. This comes at no additional cost to you and in many cases, you’ll receive additional support, guidance or bonuses from me to directly help you to apply your learning. I only ever share resources that: I have personally used or believe will genuinely support you. Everything shared here is done with integrity, transparency, and with the intention of helping you move forward in a way that feels aligned for you.  If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to me by email [email protected]
Warmly,
Dr Tracy Thorns
